Welcome to the
Health Resources Partnership.
Our
goal is to help people in Washington D.C. with
intellectual and other developmental disabilities with
their health and mental health care.
Our
plan is to do this by helping the helpers –
• |
we
will help the providers who are already giving health
and mental health care services |
|
and |
• |
get
new providers involved, too. |
